Third-Party Services
Supabase
We use Supabase for database hosting and file storage. Your member data and profile photos are stored on Supabase infrastructure with HTTPS encryption.
Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
We use Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to send you membership-related messages, including welcome messages and renewal reminders. Your name, phone number, plan details, and expiry date may be shared with Meta for this purpose.
UPI Payments
Payments are made via UPI through your own banking app. We generate a QR code containing our UPI ID — we do not collect, process, or store any payment card or bank account information.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase with HTTPS encryption in transit. We do not store passwords — there are no user accounts or login credentials. Access to member data is restricted to authorised gym administrators only.
Photo Storage
Profile photos are stored in a publicly accessible storage bucket on Supabase. These photos are used for member identification at the gym. If you wish to have your photo removed, please contact us using the details below.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking scripts. During the registration process, we use your browser's session storage to temporarily hold your registration progress (such as member ID and selected plan). This data is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab and is never sent to any external service.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals and administrative purposes. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us.
